How to see Campaigns

Those that choose to use ListBaby typically use it quite frequently! It can be a challenge to keep track of all the messages you send - so we try to make campaign management as easy as possible.

First off, to see all the campaigns you've sent over time, or to see any active/incomplete campaigns you have, Click on "CAMPAIGNS" at the top of ListBaby, or click on the "CAMPAIGNS" list to the left.


Clicking on "CREATE" under the Campaigns submenu will allow you to Create a new campaign. Clicking on "Most Recent" will bring up the last Campaign you have been editing.

In any case, a general campaign page will look something like this:


Clicking on "Work on it!" next to any of those active campaigns will allow you to modify those campaigns, and eventually send them out if you like.

Each completed Campaign will allow you to either see the recipient statistics (how many received, bounced, etc), or allow you to COPY the campaign for other uses.

Campaign Stats

Clicking on the "Stats" links next to a completed campaign will bring up a pie chart that lays out how your message was received:


Those stats can be represented as any of the following:

Sending: Messages that are on their way to the final recipient.

Sent: The Listbaby server successfully sent the message. There has not been any confirmations received about the message.

Delivered: Messages that have been delivered to the recipient's mailbox. They may have been opened if the recipient has image loading disabled

Opened: Messages that have been read by the recipient in a full (images-enabled) client

Bounced: Messages that will not be delivered; most likely due to an improper address, full mailbox, or other error with the receiving mailbox.

Other: Messages that most likely did not send due to other circumstances.

Copy a Campaign

Sometimes you'll need to re-send a message, or perhaps copy and slightly modify a newsletter for a different group of recipients. No problem!

NOTE You can ONLY copy completed campaigns, so if you're looking to copy a "draft" message, you'll want to fully send it out (perhaps just to yourself) first to copy from.

There are two places you can copy a completed campaign.

  1. Either the Stats page for a completed campaign
  2. or on the general campaign page, there's a "Make a Copy" link


Copying a campaign will repopulate the recipient list, and the entire message you previously sent (same template and contents)


You can modify any part of this campaign (recipients, template, message, etc) by clicking on the appropriate section to the left. Once completed, test >> Confirm >> and send your message!
